The efficiency analysis is a measuting tool, used to assess the quality of planning in relation to customer orders. What is being measured ?
We measure and analyse the areas: sales with the customer orders, production and purchasing with the production orders. The values from these areas are determined into 4 time sections: past, near term, far term and future.
Each time section has a different urgency.
The aim is to identify weak points and propose targeted optimisations for a more efficient and effective supply chain.
