Efficiency Analysis – Discover your potentials

We measure the planning reliability of your supply chain. How good is the level of your planning? Where is your potential to create value and how big is it?

THE EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS IS A CONDITION MEASUREMENT OF YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Only what is measurable can be changed !

Unique measuring method

The efficiency analysis is a measuting tool, used to assess the quality of planning in relation to customer orders. It provides quantitative and value-based key figures to evaluate planning reliability and identifies areas where sales are at risk, planning errors that jeopardise production execution, scheduling chains that do not fit, material shortages and uncertainties.

Take control on your material management and planning and push it to new level !

Does that sound familiar to you ?

  • The customer demands exact delivery dates.
  • Sales seeks the answer in manufacturing.
  • Production consults Purchasing about missing parts.
  • Purchasing must coordinate the delivery with the supplier.

Due to the frequency of this process, those involved are often overloaded. They ‘pull’ the information through the company instead of letting it ‘flow’.

What is missing is: Order clearance!

We will create a state of order clarity with you.

Labour performance with low effect

U

(Urgent) procurement of items (with additional costs) that cannot be processed because another part is missing.

U

Lack of focus on the relevant items and problems.

U

The processes in the individual departments are not sufficiently harmonised with the needs of the other department(s).

U

Lack of transparency to make smart decisions. As a result, this means: work performance without effectiveness = reactive power!

What is being measured ?

We measure and analyse the areas: sales with the customer orders, production and purchasing with the production orders. The values from these areas are determined into 4 time sections: past, near term, far term and future.

Each time section has a different urgency.

The aim is to identify weak points and propose targeted optimisations for a more efficient and effective supply chain.

Measurable conditions

The efficience analysis reveals causes !

Our pioneering efficiency analysis goes far beyond conventional approaches by uncovering not only superficial shortcomings, but also the roots of inefficient processes. Rely on our expertise to sustainably optimise your entire supply chain. We not only offer solutions for current challenges, more over we create a robust foundation for future success.

Planning reliability is planning quality !

The foundation for corporate success !

Many manufacturing companies are confronted with challenges on a daily basis, particularly with regard to missing parts, which results in suboptimal delivery performance and crisis situations..

Our customised solutions are the key to more efficient and stable production processes, ensuring you can successfully meet these challenges.

Continous progress monitoring !

Interferences and disturbances must be identified and permanently eliminated. Newly occurring disruptions must be immediately visible and recognisable.

With the ongoing efficiency analysis, this becomes ‘child’s play’ !

Presentation of the measurement results and recommendations.

Understanding of data and correlations

After approx. 1-2 weeks, the measurement results are available.

In a workshop, we interpret the results together with you.

We offer recommendations and support you in the implementation and subsequent optimisation.

Together, we will get your supply chain to a great level in 3-4 months.

The goal: Work performance with great impact.

No more reactive power

Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all employees

Coordinated work - hand-in-hand
