Comparison with order data – data validation

OCC processes the incoming order confirmation, comparing the received order confirmation data with the corresponding order. The system detects discrepancies immediately. The discrepancy check is carried out with regard to the manufacturer’s article number, manufacturer, quantity, price and delivery date.

All items in the order confirmation are displayed in a clear, easy-to-understand dashboard (browser-compatible). Deviations are visible at a glance. The employee can react immediately to deviations and adjust or correct the order.

Transfer to the ERP

All matching delivery items are made available by OCC as a readable file, ready for transfer and processing directly by your ERP system.
